Returns & Refunds

At The Bull & Belle, every piece is made by hand, to order, just for you. Because of the personal nature of what we make, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalised Items All personalised products — including name signs, birth plaques, hangers, and any item made with a custom name or detail — are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. These pieces are crafted exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

Non-Personalised Items If you've ordered a non-personalised product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to us at info@thebullandbelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue. We'll make it right — a replacement will be sent promptly.

Cancellations Personalised orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, production will have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
